The Garden Room Bed & Breakfast is situated in a quiet and well established residential area to the southwest of the town but still within easy walking distance of the town centre and West Suffolk Hosptal.

The room is a spacious annexe that has adequate off-road parking and a separate entrance to allow guests the freedom to come and go as they wish. You are also welcome to relax in the private and secluded garden. The accommodation incorporates twin beds, en-suite shower room, wireless internet access, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen television and a small refrigerator.

You will be welcomed on arrival with tea/coffee and home made cakes which can be enjoyed in your room or in the secluded garden. A full English Breakfast using local produce where possible is served to your room or alternatively you have the choice of fresh fruit salad, cereals or yogurt. We also provide Cream Teas to order.
